CONTACT

The CONTACT system of international money transfers operates in 90 countries and incorporates around 40000 servicing points.

 The following tariffs apply to remittances implemented via CONTACT system between Armenia and Russian Federation, other CIS countries, Baltic republics and Georgia:

• An amount (in AMD) equivalent to 2% of the transferred amount, unless this amount exceeds RR 175,000 or USD/EUR 4,950;
  
  An amount (in AMD) equivalent to RR 3,500, if this amount equals or exceeds RR 175,000;

·   An amount (in AMD) equivalent to USD/EUR 99,  if the amount in USD/EUR equals or exceeds USD/EUR 4,950.

Remittances via CONTACT system are implemented through the Head Office and all branches of Areximbank -Gazprombank Group  CJSC.

Remittances are made on the basis of the following data:

• Remitter's first name, last name, and patronymic name (if indicated in the passport);
• Remittor's passport data;
• Country and city of destination;
• Amount;
• Remitee's first, last names and patronymic (if indicated in the passport).

Payment of funds remitted via CONTACT system is implemented on the basis of identity card and the code provided by the Bank.

Attention

A customer may transfer money in the preferred currency from among the currencies set by the system. The transferred funds are paid in the same currency;  if needed, the bank may implement currency exchange.

Changes in the remittance details are made on the day of filing a relevant written application to the service point having executed the remittance, without collection of additional fee.

Return of the amount is made at the customer's request and on the basis of a written application, within two banking days, without reimbursement of the fee.

Remittances are implemented in US Dollars, EUR and Russian Rubles.
