Armenian Software-ClientBank system allows a Bank customer to manage his/her bank accounts without visiting the Bank.
The customer saves his/her time and money which would be otherwise spent on arranging a visit. The customer quickly and under on-line regime manages his/her bank accounts from the work station. It is possible to arrange the work at any time of the day and any day a week, irrespective of the Bank's work schedule.
Document circulation between the customer and the bank is sound, protected from "outsider" intervention. Data forwarded and received are coded and confirmed by electronic signature (as per the current legislation).

Possibilities

The system enables the customer to:

• Send payment documents: payment instructions, currency exchange, applications for cash receipt,
• Obtain payment assignments regarding received remittances,
• View the current balances of bank accounts and account statements for the mentioned period,
• Obtain information regarding the currency exchange rates set by the bank and RA Central Bank,
• Arrange correspondence with attached files (MS Word, Excel, etc.).

HOW TO BECOME A SYSTEM USER?

In order to become a user of eBank system, it is necessary to:

• Turn to the Bank's Operations Department in order to sign a service agreement,
• Obtain from the Bank tools for accessing the system,
