THE BANK OFFERS THE SERVICES OF BISTRAYA POCHTA -  THE MOST UP-TO-DATE  SYSTEM OF MONEY TRANSFERS BETWEEN ARMENIA, RUSSIA AND CIS COUNTRIES

The Bistraya Pochta system offers non-commercial remittances to be implemented by individuals without opening a bank account. An advantage of the system is a wide network of points of remittance servicing: the services are rendered in more than 5000 servicing points located in CIS countries, 700 of which are based in the Russian Federation.

System advantages include the following:

• Low fees - 2% of the transferred amount, but not less than  USD 5,EUR 5 or RUB 150 subject to currency to be transferred, the fee is collected from the remitter, while the remittee receives the full amount;
• Remittances are made in US Dollars, EUR and RUB;
• Duration of remittance service - within 1 minute;
• Accessibility - the remittee may receive the amount at any service point irrespective of its exact destination,

Remittances through Bistraya Pochta system are made via Head Office and all branches of Areximbank -Gazprombank Group  CJSC.

Remittances are made on the basis of the following data:

• Remitter's first name, last name, and patronymic (if indicated in the passport);
• Remittor's passport data;
• Remittor's date of birth;
• Remittor's address;
• Country and city of destination;
• Amount;
• Remitee's first, last names and patronymic (if indicated in the passport).

The Bistraya Pochta system allows the remitter to send a message containing not more than 100 characters.

The payment of funds remitted through the Bistraya Pochta system is made on the basis of identity card and 10-digit code.

Attention

A customer may transfer money in the preferred currency from among the currencies set by the system. The transferred funds are paid in the same currency;  if needed, the bank may implement currency exchange.

Changes in the remittance details are made on the basis of written application of the remitter in the service point having executed the remittance.

1. The return of funds transferable within the same banking day is implemented on the basis of a relevant application filed on the same day, with full reimbursement of the fee;
2. The return of funds transferable on the following day or later is made on the day of filing a relevant application with reimbursement of 50% of the initial fee;
3. Changes of non-financial nature are made on the day of filing a relevant application without charging any additional fee.
