Maximum loan amount per borrower

Loan amount

For expansion of plant growing, cattle-breeding, processing, storing, packing and marketing of agricultural products, as well as for development of agriculture subsectors.

Loan period

Up to 7 years

Interest rate

12 - 14 % per annum for funding working capital,
12 % per annum for acquisition of fixed assets; interest is accrued on the outstanding loan balance.

Commission fee for loan execution

0,3 - 2 % of the loan amount

Loan repayment

In installments, maturing pursuant to cash flow projections.

Loan grace period

Up to 18 months

Loan amount to appraised collateral value ratio

The maximum loan amount should be not more than 80 % of the appraised collateral value.

Security

Fixed assets and working capital. In cases of delay or failure to repay the credit liabilities when due and payable, the pledged collateral will be subject to seizure.

Borrower eligibility requirements

Borrowers are required to invest their own funds of not less than 20% of the total project value.

In cash or non-cash manner.
