Attention

• As long as there are sufficient funds on the customer account inactive during the last 1 (one) year, the Bank will continue to charge service fee from its funds. Thereafter, the Bank will close the zero-balance accounts.

• Agreement on Bank Account Servicing is terminated within 3 (three) banking days pursuant to the customer's written application. The fee for account servicing is charged from the funds available on the account, thereafter, the account balance is paid to the customer within 3 (three) banking days.

• Account crediting and funds withdrawal is performed within 1 (one) banking day.

• In cases stipulated by RA law, pursuant to the application filed by court act enforcement bodies and tax authorities, the Bank partially or fully suspends transactions implemented via the account, blocking the account; afterward, upon the request of the customer, the Bank may provide a copy of the relevant decision.

• In cases stipulated by RA law, pursuant to the application filed by court act enforcement bodies and tax authorities, the Bank is entitled to execute confiscation of funds from the account, without customer's relevant instruction; thereafter, upon the request of the customer, the Bank may provide a copy of the relevant decision.   

• Money transfers in the RA territory without account opening are performed in Armenian drams; money transfers are implemented as per the customer's payment instruction and identity card. Verification of transfer details or repayment is performed on the basis of written application, within 3 banking days, charging a commission fee as per current tariffs.

• When performing a bank transaction, the customer is provided with a document confirming the transaction.
