Paid Dividends

Dividends have not been paid in the current year.Pursuant to decision #01 of the only shareholder of "Areximbank-Gazprombank Group" CJSC
dated April 23, 2009, the annual net profit has been kept as retained profit.The situation was the same in the past three years, when dividends were notpaid pursuant to the decisions of annual general meetings of shareholders of "Areximbank-Gazprombank Group" CJSC
of April 25, 2006, April 27, 2007 and April 29, 2008 (minutes#1).
