Paid Dividends  

Pursuant to decision N.1 of the sole shareholder of "Areximbank-Gazprombank Group" CJSC
dated 29 April 2013, by the results of 2012 no dividends have been paid to “GAZPROMBANK” OJSC.

The Bank’s annual net profit totaled AMD 1 231 757 000 (One billion two hundred thirty one million and seven hundred fifty seven thousand). After crediting AMD 61 588 000 (Sixty one million five hundred eighty eight thousand), making 5% of net profit to the reserve fund, the rest of the profit in the sum of AMD 1 170 169 000 (One billion one hundred seventy million one hundred sixty nine thousand) has been kept as retained profit.

Pursuant to decision N.1 of the sole shareholder of the Bank dated 27 April 2012, by the results of 2011 no dividends have been paid.

Pursuant to decision N.1 of the sole shareholder of the Bank dated 28 April 2011, by the results of 2010 dividends in the sum of AMD 199 933 000 (One hundred ninety nine million nine hundred thirty three thousand) have been paid, making 30% of annual net profit of the Bank.

Pursuant to decision N. 1 of Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Bank dated 26 April 2010, by the results of 2009 dividends in the sum of AMD 7 023 600 (Seven million twenty three thousand sixty hundred), making 30% of annual net profit of the Bank.
