MONEYGRAM

The MoneyGram system of international money transfers operates in 180 countries and incorporates nearly 157,000 service points. The system is characterized with high speed of operation, accessibility and sound software.

Remittances through the MoneyGram system are implemented via the Head Office and all branches of Areximbank-Gazprombank Group CJSC.

Remittances in the territory of the Republic of Armenia are made in US Dollars, while the payment may be made in EUR as well.

Remittances through the MoneyGram system are implemented as per the tariffs set by the MoneyGram system.

Fees are charged in Armenian Drams at the exchange rate set by the RA Central Bank.

The payment of the funds transferred via the MoneyGram system is made on the basis of identity card and the code issued by the Bank.

Attention

A customer may transfer money in the preferred currency from among the currencies set by the system. The transferred funds are paid in cash the same currency; if needed, the bank may implement currency exchange.

Changes in the remittance details are made on the basis of written application of the remitter on the same day, in the service point having executed the remittance, without collection of additional fee.

Return of the amount is made at the customer's request and on the basis of a written application, within two banking days, without reimbursement of the fee.
