Terms for Providing VISA and MasterCard Type of Cards to Staff Members of Bank Customer-Organizations and Employees of Entities Other than Bank Customers, as well as for Opening and Servicing Card Accounts within the Specific Credit Limits (Cash Collateral)

1. The maximum credit limit stipulated by VISA and MasterCard type of cards for staff members of Bank customer-organizations is set to be 300% of employee's salary, but no more than AMD 500,000.  Interest rate is set at 20% per annum. The credit limit is granted for a period of 1 to 12 months.
2. The maximum credit limit stipulated by VISA and MasterCard type of cards for staff members of entities other than Bank customers is set to be 100% of employee's salary, but no more than AMD 250,000.  Interest rate is set at 22% per annum. The credit limit is granted for a period of 1 to 12 months.

3. Extension of credit limits to Bank customer-organizations via salary cards is performed only upon the signing of an agreement on cooperation between the Bank and Organization.
The above mentioned agreement on cooperation states the terms of credit limits, particularly, annual interest rates, as well as the credit limits subject to the salary (100% and 300%) and grace period (40 days) (if any).
4. Extension of credit limits to employees of entities other than Bank customers is performed pursuant to the list of organizations approved by the Bank.
